Good session drawing from our model today. It was one of those days where I felt like I was "on my game". It's a very secure state of mind when that is happening. It's as if you are being guided in some way to know just how to draw the person posing for you. In these drawings, half hour, one hour, and 15 minutes, there isn't much time to think. You are "in the moment". The goal is representing what is before you in a beautiful or expressive way, trying to record form and line. It's always challenging!




Our model was inventive in his poses, and that made the drawing session satisfying for me
