My morning drawing models

I worked on this drawing in the life drawing class today and again this evening. I still need to go back in and doctor up the left side of our model's  face, where my paint was too thick to adjust it. Otherwise, I feel that this represented him pretty well in his longest pose of the day.

I drew this in class today also. I'm still trying to strike a balance between recessing the negative space, and just how much highlighting I want to use to enhance the figure. This was a sheet of paper with a middle value that worked well to express the flesh of the figure.
