The figure above is not quite complete. That accounts for some of the geometric angles of the shadows across her back. I was enjoying working on those dark shadows cast by the spotlight on the model. I was involved in the process when the alloted time for that pose had ended too soon for me.

One of the favorite models in our life drawing sessions was back on Saturday. Her graceful poses and compact figure make it inspiring to work from her. I'll post some of the new drawings of her I did last week. In some cases I enhanced the drawings with some liquid acrylics behind the figure. The drawings were done with either graphite pencil or grease pencil, which varied through the three hours of working.
